Sand Creek Ranch is now
conducting its 2006 Founder Reservation Program. The Founder
Reservation Program offers those with an interest in owning one
or more of the initial Founders' Ranch Interests a process to
secure priority home site parcel selection.
Sand Creek expects the Founders' Ranch Interest pricing to range
between $120,000 and $170,000 on Selection Weekend. Selection
weekend is scheduled for September 30 and October 1, 2006.
Prices will
vary depending on the specific Ranch Neighborhood and Home Site.
We want Founders' pricing to represent at least a 30% discount
from the Ranch Interest values anticipated immediately after
completion of core infrastructure and amenity build-out in 2007.
