wondered how I would choose an agent if I were
interested in moving to a new community, because I
believe that choosing the right agent is very important.
For my real estate
agent, I would want someone who is knowledgeable and
experienced in their market and who practiced real
estate as a full time career. For these reasons I would
try to find a RE/MAX
agent, and/or an agent that has a CRS (Certified Residential
Specialist) designation.

who have acquired the CRS designation (or other
professional designations), showing that they are
interested in obtaining a higher level of skill and
